This mesh gown is called "Mesmerize Blue Dress" and has such an interesting texture to it. The shoulder pieces that come with the gown give you that ultimate luxurious feel.
The jewelry that I've decided to wear with this gown almost seemed to be made for it. This set is by Zuri Jewelry and is one of her latest releases.
