Before Poet's Heart I didn't know much about fantasy because I blogged a different style but she's made me super enthusiastic about her designs and taking on the challenge to try something new as well.

The piece that I'm wearing today is called "Tasi Surasa" and I'm wearing it in the color Ever Dream. This piece is an exclusive at the Seelie Court in 5 different colors.

The gown itself is mesh and has several different flexi skirts to it. The head and chest piece come with a color changing hud that allows you to change the color of the pearls, leafs and flowers.

#378 The Realms...

Dear Readers,

In today's blog I'm showing you an amazing piece by Poet's Heart. 

This gown is called Leaf Lady and comes in 7 different flavors which are: Autumn, Decay, Fairy, Frozen, Inferno, Summer and Tropic.

This piece will be available at the Rock your Rack event from September 1st till the 15th. After that the gowns can be found at Poet's Heart main store. When you buy the Leaf Lady Tropic, all proceeds go to the National Breast Cancel Foundation. 

Poet's Heart has another version of this gown in a dark pink available at her main store as a group gift. The headpiece, shoulder pieces and waist deco are all included in the package.

If only we had wings, we would know the true feeling of what it means to fly free.

In today's blog I'm showing you a beautiful new release by Poet's Heart. 

This mesh outfit is called Tinka and you can purchase it in 5 different colors. The outfit also comes with a color changing hud so you can change the accessories. The wings that I'm wearing are not included, the headpiece and arm pieces are. Last but not least, the head piece and belt come with and without bees. I've chosen to wear the items without the bees.

So where can you purchase this dreamy piece? At the The Seelie Court, a new event in Second Life which lasts 3 weeks. After the event, this piece will be available at Poet's Heart main store location.

#323 Why is the question I ask myself...

Dear Readers,

In todays blog I am going to show you a beautiful new release by Poet's Heart called Aranel Inwen in the color dream but before I do, I want to share something with you. 

I'm a Dutchie, living in the USA. Yesterday I was receiving frantic text messages from the Netherlands. An airplane filled with 198 Dutch (and other nationalities) that was on it's way to holiday destination Indonesia, got shot out of the air. I am shocked, I am sad and I ask myself... Why? It has touched me so deeply, that I'm writing about it on my blog today.

I feel lucky that within the sadness, Poet's Heart warmed my heart. This beautiful mesh gown with lace flexi's and mesh roses makes you feel you're living a fairy tale. I've chosen my favorite colors to wear today but this gown comes in an amazing 18 different colors! Good to know as well, she added 2 huds to color the roses. One hud for darker tones and one for lighter tones.

#289 Underwater Welcome...

Dear Readers,

Today I've decided to write another blog for you with an item by Poet's Heart. I've been meaning to blog this sooner but was looking for the right environment and found that today.

The name of this mesh outfit is "Shamandalie" and I've chosen to shoot it underwater instead of above because colors flow nicely together. 

This piece is still available at Fashion for Life but only 2 days more. After that you can find it in her main store as well and the outfit comes in 8 different colors.

Then, the jewelry that I'm wearing has a special meaning to me. I have a thing with the "Larimar" stone ever since I've first laid my eyes on it. In RL I have had many jewelry pieces with that stone in it. It has a significance to those who believe in the healing powers of stones/crystals.

Larimar is one of the cardinal Water element stones, yet is born of Fire in its volcanic origins. One of the few crystals to balance the polarities of these energies, Larimar cools tempers and calms fears, relieves stress and nurtures the physical and emotional bodies. #278 Poet's Heart at Fashion for Life

Dear Readers,

The gown I'm wearing today I find absolutely stunning. Another great piece from Poet's Heart and called "Solitude". The gown is mesh, the collar part as well and the veil is flexi. A wonderful gown to purchase or to receive as a gift. Solitude is available in 7 colors and at the Fashion for Life Event.

Fashion For Life is an event supporting Second Life’s Relay For Life campaign to raise funds for the American Cancer Society. It will run from June 7th through June 20th from midnight to midnight. All Fashion For Life events will happen during that time period.

In addition to 10 sims of fashions, there will be runways shows and a lookbook organized and sponsored by Best of SL under the direction of Reign Congrejo. There will also be live music and DJs organized and sponsored by Zenzibar’s Zzoie Zee.

It's not every day that I can dress up like a warrior so when I can it's like a little party. This amazing outfit is by Poet's Heart and called "war dancer". Sometimes an outfit needs a story, in this case I think the pictures tell it all. 

War dancer is a mesh outfit with pants clothing layer and the knifes can be worn on both hips but also in the hand. Also, a big plus is the fact that this outfit comes with Lola appliers.

Dear Readers,

The journey of being a blogger for Poet Heart's so far has been amazing. The designer creates so many different styles that it's always a pleasant surprise to see what comes next. Again I'm blogging something with  a bow and I can't be more thrilled to be honest.

This amazing gown by Poet's Heart is called "Eleya's Song" and is actually named after her best friend. This gown has been made available for the "Relay for Life" event. All people that are working with or for this event are the "angels" on earth.

Magical is the forest as I open my eyes and hear it's calls. The forest comes alive and as I walk through it, I call for my friends. The birds join me on my path to find the mysterious one. When I finally encountered her, I saw that there were 2 of her.

The outfit that I'm wearing today is by Poet's Heart and called "Wayfarer Midsummer Sunset". This is her latest release and available at the Fantasy Faire 2014 which has opened its doors today. The staff comes with a color changing hud so you can adjust the flowers, the leaves and the staff itself. The outfit contains pants, a mesh and fitted mesh top, a staff, head piece and shoes.

#187 The Valkyrie

Dear Readers,

As the Gods of Thunder show me their defeat, I rest my axle and shield in the wastelands. The worlds have collided, the end has come near. The strength of the female warriors will prevail, it always has and it always will...... I am a Valkyrie...

This amazing costume is made by Poet's Heart and I feel honored to represent this kind of work. It's uniqueness shows her creativity and personality. The costume that I'm wearing is called "Barbaric" in White Tiger. It has been released in the colors: Black Bear, Brown Bear, Fawn, Sable Fawn, Tiger & White Tiger.

The bodysuit is made out of clothing layers in 2 different types of brightness. The skirt, arm warmers and top are mesh products and you can wear both the axle and the shield in equipped or sheathed. 

The boots and helmet are easy adjustable in case you need to make little tweaks. What is another plus about this outfit is that the designers has made different type of alpha's so there is always a suitable option in there for you without having to wear a ton of alpha's.

Today I'm showing you a new release by Poet's Heart especially made for Tiger Alley.

The gown is partial mesh, the lower skirt parts are flexi and the gown comes with an umbrella, with and without hold pose. I've decided to accessorize minimally with this gown to show of it's great features. The one thing I did add was NSP Floral's Peony boutonnieres. Hers are the best in SL and she made them in so many wonderful colors. You can all find them at her main store.

#175 Tango with a Poet's Heart

 Dear Readers,

Poet's Heart has released another amazing piece called "Courtessan". This outfit is fully mesh and contains a skirt, a top, separate sleeves and 2 different rose attachments. 

Courtessan comes in 7 different colors and she made one of them a group gift (sleeves not included). I'm wearing the color "midnight" today. Also, for the Lola lovers, she's added an applier. 

The little details on the back like the roses and such give it a bit of a Latin swing. 

The jewelry set that I'm wearing today is Zuri Rayna's Josephine Lapis Orchid. It comes with a necklace, broach, ear rings and this beautiful ring with bling, as shown above. 

The nails are by Zozicon aka Zoz. Her newest nails have a super cute flower texture on them and are called "Floral Etch Spring Polish".

#143 Dreamy Heart

Dear Readers,

In today's blog I'm showing you the newest release by Poet's Heart called Nenime and due to the fact that this gown comes in so many breath taking textures (and that this is a dress that speaks to my heart) I've decided to do an extra long blog about it.

This beautiful gown is 100% mesh and wraps perfectly around your body. The sleeves come with a slit from elbow to wrist which makes it very elegant so wear your Slink hands because it's makes the gown look complete.

I've photographed the back of the gown in rays of sunlight, just like the front part of the dress. Don't let the light fool you into thinking the back of the dress changes in color :-)

This gown that I'm showcasing today is called Eternal and I'm wearing it in the color Crimson. Eternal is available in 8 exciting colors. 

The gown is a mesh product, available in 5 sizes. The boots come in the sizes: S/M/L. You can either wear the gown with or w/o train and umbrella.

Because the boots are hidden underneath the gown, I'm showing you a close up of them w/o gown. This complete look is fully packed and has several different alpha layers to choose from for your convenience.
