In today's blog I'm showing you a new release by Jumo Fashion. This gown is called Montpellier and I'm wearing it in the color teal. It's partially mesh and the skirt is flexi.

The jewelry that I'm wearing is an older set by Zuri Jewelry but matches this gown perfectly. You can find it on the 2nd floor of her main store.

I'm also wearing yet another amazing polish made by Zoz, the lady with endless creativity. You can find these nails at the designer showcase till August 2nd.

The gown I'm wearing today I find absolutely stunning. Another great piece from Poet's Heart and called "Solitude". The gown is mesh, the collar part as well and the veil is flexi. A wonderful gown to purchase or to receive as a gift. Solitude is available in 7 colors and at the Fashion for Life Event.

Fashion For Life is an event supporting Second Life’s Relay For Life campaign to raise funds for the American Cancer Society. It will run from June 7th through June 20th from midnight to midnight. All Fashion For Life events will happen during that time period.

#216 Postcards from Holland...

Dear Readers,

Every now and then, I receive postcards from Holland. Postcards that I hold dear to my heart. I touch the corners that are slightly damaged by the journey overseas, reading the words from my family and friends. It is a stabbing pain to feel them so close yet so far away. Not being able to feel one another, not spending a Christmas together for the past 2 years is a feeling of emptiness. 

So today I'm making my own postcards. I'm sharing them with you, my dear readers. I'm a proud Dutchie, living in Southern California and took a picture in the most Dutch way possible to me, with a Dutch street organ.

In today's blog I'm wearing a new outfit by Maitreya, released at Collabor 88. This unique dress is fully mesh and comes in 5 sizes and several different colors. The dress is 2 layered and the lace part really is what attracts me in the dress. As usual, I didn't get a demo but just hit the buy button. This dress shows a little bit of curves and gives a "red carpet" kind of feel.

The jewelry that I'm wearing is a new release by Stars! especially made for the Gypset Market. This double pearl necklace is set with little snowflakes that also return in the ear rings. The set is called Winter Wonderland Evening and is available at the Gypset Market until the end of January for L$175.

The nails that I'm wearing are by Zoz, Slink applier Natural Glitter Tips Polish. I was also wearing them yesterday but in another color. Showing an item in several colors is my preference and therefor mentioning Zoz again.

#69 Celebrating Happy New Year

Dear Readers,

First of all... Happy New Year! I hope 2014 will be a great year for everyone. I'm honoring the work and time of the designers which are often being underestimated. I thank the people that gave me an opportunity to show my creativity and have chosen to work with me and look forward to continue with all of them in 2014 :-)

The Zoey dress by P h o a r can be found at The Kollective. I've blogged about this sales event earlier and it runs from December 29th till January 26th. The dress is mesh and comes with a texture changing hud with 12 different options.

Then No7..... I feel like I can't ever talk enough No7 products. The black lipstick is the 2nd kissing lipstick Shortcake has produced. She has gotten many requests to give us more colors so we are all waiting patiently until she's ready. In this blog I'm also showing you her newest release. The Aerowings Lashes. I love how they make your eyes pop and create and instant feel of face art.

Dear Readers,

Traveling has always been my passion. Originally from Europe, I've lived all over the world from The Dominican Republic to the USA. Some people choose to marry young and start a family, my wish was to see as much as possible before settling down and so I did.

In today's blog I thank the designer of Innuendo for making me a part of her Blogging Team. Her fashion is trendy, exciting, innovative and she has a lot of great bloggers on board of her team (I took a peek at some of their profiles).Thank you Francesca Bonetto for this opportunity.

In today's blog I'm showing you her last release which is the Anyta Brown & Anyta Green by Innuendo. Innuendo has also released a couple of shapes named: Aisha, Lolita & Sophie. 

The jacket and pants are both mesh and come in 5 sizes. The ruffles on the pants are a cute detail and the beret is very workable with different types of hair. A very classy and timeless outfit.

#67 When I wonder of by myself...

Sometimes in SL, when there is a quiet moment that you can just wonder around, looking for beautiful places, you stumble upon something like this. 

The sim that I visited was beautiful and so is the dress I was able to wear for this occasion. I remember the first time I walked into her store on my previous avatar. I thought, where am I going to get the money from to buy it all. She truly is one of the best designers in SL and I feel very lucky to be able to represent her work. Thank you so much Son!a.

This gown is called Yola Dress Candy and comes with all the jewelry you see me wearing. The collar of roses, the ear rings, the necklace, the sleeves... It's all breath taking. The lace body and lace in the skirt are in perfect harmony with each other. What I initially didn't expect from this gown was a mesh panel as front of the skirt. It's perfect and makes the gown look more realistic instead of having multiple layers of fabric covering the pants layer.

"Feeling nothing but the soft breeze on my skin and hearing the sounds of the ocean, I sink deeper into my thoughts".

In the picture above you can see that the material from the sleeves return in the top part of the skirt. The lace from the bodice returns in the lower parts of the skirt. In the next coming days I will give you more items from Son!a so I hope you enjoyed reading. I surely enjoyed making this blog :-)

In today's blog I'm showing you the new release by !Soul, just before Christmas. Shannon Byron did a really great job on this dress. It comes in a variety of 8 exciting colors and the dress has a cocktail and gown version. I've combined this dress with Vanity hair and Jamman 9 inch fingernails.

In the picture above I'm showing you the Obscure color as a gown. 

In the picture above I'm showing you also the newest release from Zuri Rayna, the Tennis Set Diamond/14K Gold. A better picture will follow completely at the bottom of this blog post.

Below I'm showing you the Pink Satin as a cocktail dress version from !Soul. I've combined it with Tameless hair and Adoness nails.

Both dresses have the sexiest back and the dress gives us just the perfect amount of curves. 

These Virgin Queen Slink nail appliers by Adoness are so nicely drawn, I love the detail on them. Also in the picture below you can see a close up from Zuri Rayna's Spell Bound Wedding Rings Bonded that I'm wearing as well as the pink version of her "Tennis Set".

In the picture below I've tried to capture Zuri Rayna's Tennis Set best. This set is now available at her main store in 6 different versions. It's the perfect set if you love diamonds but would like to keep it a little subtle. This set looks very realistic, like all her jewelry. #60 A dash of lash...

Dear Readers,

In today's blog I'm showing you a personal choice gown. Without wanting to stress my readers... This gown has an availability of 50. This means you got to be super quick if you want this gown so much it hurts. I'm doing a short blog due to the availability of this gown.

It's made by Living Imagination and sold at Salimar. This is the free romance frozen gown. 

The hair used in this blog is by Tameless. This is such a soft feminine style. It's easy to wear with any type of fashion. 

The extreme lashes I'm wearing today are by No.7, butterfly emotions. If you have seen my previous blogs you will recognize her style :-) 

Last but definitively not least. I wanted to name Zuri Rayna's Czarina Jewels Diamond/Mocha jewelry set one more time. This really feels like a deluxe set and I love wearing it. I thought, I've only mentioned it once so twice wouldn't hurt right :-)
