#185 FBD @ Rock Attitude Fashion Fair 2014

Dear Readers,

In today's blog both my husband and myself feature items by FBD, also known as Firebird Designs for the Rock Attitude Fashion Fair.

The outfit of Shaz called "rock chick" comes with cute mini shorts, stockings and wedge boots with a cross on them. The jacket, as the mini shorts and boots are all mesh products and available in standard sizing with several different alpha layers.

The outfit of Aerick is called "rock dude" and evokes the alpha male, bad boy feeling, yet is upscale and fashionable. The coat collar has eyelets, a partial visible zipper and a back sports a trio of sculls reminisent of guns and roses. The pants are form fitting leather from the belt down to the included boots. Also nice is the hud which toggles between black, gray and a white tee shirt.

#167 A day at the Beach

Dear Readers,

In today's blog I'm showing you something different. I love being a blogger for FBD because she's so versatile. You never know what you're gonna get ... (life is like a box of chocolates "Forest Gump").

So both the mesh romper and the butterfly bracelets are by FBD. This outfit with it's accessories can be found at the Spring Wishes Market.

The little flowers that I'm wearing in my hair and on my belt are by NSP Florals and are little peony's. I've never seen peony's that are so well craftedas hers. Her Peony Boutonniere's are soon released in a lot of different colors but for now the heather color (lavender like) is available as a free group gift. Enrollment fee is only 75LD. 

Last but not least, Zoz has released new nails. Two different hud with 12 colors each. This time you can find hers at The Dressing Room YAY! These nails are selling like sweet cinnamon rolls so make sure to get yours for 70LD.

#148 Everywhere Elegance

Dear Readers,

In today's blog I'm showing you 2 new releases. One by Firebird Designs and one by NSP Florals. The gown that I'm wearing in the picture above is by Firebird Designs and is made for the " Black Elegance" even which runs from Feb 28th till March 14th. The gown is partial mesh and can be purchased for only L80$.

Then this amazingly detailed hat by NSP called Madame de Floria has been released in a ton of different colors. I've showed you the group gift a couple of blogs ago but Norena Soir has now released 12 different colors. When I speak to Norena, I hear how her creative process begins. She's incredibly detailed and it's not just feathers she puts on a hat. She put on roosters feathers. To know how her creations come to be is a very fun thing.

Last but not least (I always say that don't I). The jewelry that I'm wearing today is called Hearts of Fire Onyx/Diamond/Platinum and by Zuri Rayna. This item has been released a good 2 weeks ago.

Today I'm wearing one of Sascha's latest releases together with a new release by Amarelo Manga and Tameless.

#108 FBD at the Fantasy Fair

In today's blog I'm giving you the newest release by FBD. This outfit is called Cool Cat and available at the Fantasy Fair.

This outfit comes in 5 mesh sizes and the stockings come as socks and tattoo layer. The nerdy glasses and boots are included as well. A fully packed outfit for the amazing price of LD249. 

The skin that I'm wearing today is the Mai Ly skin by Dulce Secrets. From Feb 1st to Feb 15th Mai Ly will be available at Cosmo Sales Room for $70L.

#77 FBD at Feeb's Special

Dear Readers,

FBD has released this fun outfit called Spiked leather jacket outfit black at Feeb's recently. The skirt and jacket are mesh items, in 5 sizes and fit like a glove. The alphas are done very well on this outfit so don't forget your undies, unless of course.... ok, better not go there.

This outfit normally costs L$299 in store but at Feeb's Rascals this month it will be on sale for L$149. The spiked blazer is what makes this outfit the most fun. The undershirt is very sexy and you would expect this to be a clothing layer but it's a part of the blazer. This outfit is a super deal at Feeb's but even at her main store location paying L$299 for a complete outfit is a great deal to me.

These shoes come with the outfit and a hud to change skin & nail color. I'm wearing a tan colored skin by Mirror's Enigma called Kami and luckily didn't have to use the hud but if you do, it's an easy one. The shoes are of really good quality and the fact that the spikes return on the shoes, makes the outfit complete.

#65 He and She...

Dear Readers,

Today I'm giving you a dual blog that I did with my husband for FBD. Since it's his first go at blogging, my babe goes first. I feel very fortunate that I can share everything with my husband, even Second Life. Connected together in every world. 

You wouldn't think an outfit would make SL fun again? But thats what this fishbone (aka: herringbone pattern) suit has done for me.

I immediately felt like a newer better person, OK avatar.

The blazer comes in two configurations 1) blazer with dress shirt and tie (see picture above)

and 2) blazer with open collar (see picture below). 

Each configuration has its own hud to color the dress shirt, inside collar, and tie. 

How cool is that? No more searching thru your inventory for colored shirts, ties and such.

Everything about this suit is luxurious from the blazer proportions to how the pants drape around the included shoes. Because this suit is so versatile in offering different shirt and optional tie combinations it could easily become and male avatars "go to suit" or outfit and guess what, the shoes are included as well!

I expect to see a lot more men wearing the fishbone suit.

In today's blog I'm showing you another Firebird Design, the silver velvet cocktail dress. We thought it would be fun to do a duo blog for FBD. When visiting the main store, have a look at the Gacha machine. It has some very funny items in it.

Also in today's blog No.7 has released this very nice black lipstick. I was already in love with her red kissing lipstick and luckily she decided to make more. Her lipsticks have the perfect amount of shine to it. Can't wait for other colors to be released :-) hint hint.

The texturing done on the dress looks very realistic. This is the type of dress that you can wear at any given occasion in SL, ok almost. Together with my husband I think we have created a look that would be perfect for a new years party. With the right accessories you can make it as fun and exciting as you want.

I've chosen to use Zuri Rayna's tennis set bracelet and ear rings because they are subtle and my hair is pretty overpowering but love the style.
