#90 Stepping out...

Dear Readers,

In today's blog I've been stepping out and enjoying myself on my quest to find some nice picture taking places.

I'm featuring items by Môr-Fēn who's participating in the Hipster Fair that runs from Jan 21st till Feb 4th. Who thought Môr-Fēn is a skin designer only, think again ;-). She also makes clothing and she's really good at it as well. I've been wondering around in her shorts and off shoulder t-shirt for a couple of days now and can't seem to get enough of them.

Môr-Fēn also has the Celeste Skin out for the Hipster Fair but I've decided to post that skin in my next blog.

The outfit that I'm wearing today is a casual outfit that you can take into every direction. Wear high heel boots underneath, a leather jacket on top of it. You can wear your sneakers too. Super versatile and fun outfit for just a couple of lindens. 

I found a sim that had a Central Perk cafe on it so I decided to have a seat and listen Phoebe sing "smelly cat". 

Sighs... I probably shouldn't have posted this picture but it fits the mood that I was in yesterday ;-)

The shorts and off shoulder shirts come in a variety of different colors and textures. I've chosen today to show you the plain black shorts with the printblack off shoulder shirt.

#89 I'm eternally yours...

Dear Readers,

In today's blog I'm showing you items that are "art" in my opinion. I'm not talking about my own picture taking skills of course but the items that I'm showcasing. 

In this super bridal special I'm featuring Styles by Danielle and Zuri Rayna Jewelry as focus points. As we all know, Valentines Day is a day where a lot of marriages take place or people pop the big question.

Normally I don't share a lot of private thoughts but today I will. A year and a half ago I said "yes, I'm eternally yours" to my husband. It has been the luckiest day of my life and the best decision I've ever made. 

Styles by Danielle has released her Estelle Bridal gown today that is available in the colors: cream, white and silver. I'm showcasing the white one. I've used different lighting tools and wind light settings so don't let the colors of the dress fool you ;-) It's really a white wedding gown.

This dress can be worn with or without the lace skirt parts as shown in the picture above. The Estelle comes in 5 different mesh sizes and the veil fits most of the updo's.

In the picture above a close up of the veil.

The lace on the arms, the veil, the train and the different lace parts on the skirt make the Estelle gown complete. This is such an elegant and romantic wedding gown, suitable for a big audience.

Due to the density of the lace, the mesh skirt underneath is hardly visible as you can see on the picture above to make the dress flow as a whole.

The Estelle Bridal gown is greatly discounted for Styles by Danielle group members with a 30% direct discount. This means that group members purchase the Estelle for L$1600 only.

On the picture above and below I'm showing you the close ups of Zuri Rayna Jewelry latest release. The Antique Diamonds White Pearl Bridal Set. This set matches perfectly with the Estelle gown. In today's blog I'm giving you the Fedora Hat, the new hunt item by Styles by Danielle that is participating in the Formal Flair Hunt. Also I'm giving you the newest skin release by Mirror's Enigma, Kazumi. Kazumi has been released today and comes in: Milk, Peach & Tan. 

Also in today's blog I'm informing you about the rebranding of Mirror's Enigma to Môr-Fēn (Morphine).

I've decided to incorporate the hat with an outfit with a little bit of attitude. Stylish yet gives a spunky edge. This outfit is by Dirty Princess and called Daddy's Addiction Princess.

The skin that I'm wearing today is the newest release by Mirror's Enigma, called Kazumi. Absolutely love this skin! Why? It looks so super clean made just like all her skins. So far I've had the pleasure to try 5 different skins of this brand and love them all. All appliers besides the Slink come with the skin and are flawless. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING MIRROR'S ENIGMA

Mirror's Enigma has decided to re-brand their business. All skins that will be released as of today are being released under the new name "Môr-Fēn" aka Morphine.

The Kazumi skin is the first skin under it's new name. Group members will receive new group invites as soon as they make a purchase inworld or they will receive the option to move groups over time as the transition to the new brand name progresses. As a Blogger I can tell you the rebranding brings a lot of exciting new changes for both bloggers and customers.

In today's blog I'm wearing a new outfit by Maitreya, released at Collabor 88. This unique dress is fully mesh and comes in 5 sizes and several different colors. The dress is 2 layered and the lace part really is what attracts me in the dress. As usual, I didn't get a demo but just hit the buy button. This dress shows a little bit of curves and gives a "red carpet" kind of feel.

The jewelry that I'm wearing is a new release by Stars! especially made for the Gypset Market. This double pearl necklace is set with little snowflakes that also return in the ear rings. The set is called Winter Wonderland Evening and is available at the Gypset Market until the end of January for L$175.

The nails that I'm wearing are by Zoz, Slink applier Natural Glitter Tips Polish. I was also wearing them yesterday but in another color. Showing an item in several colors is my preference and therefor mentioning Zoz again.

#84 Sunday lazy day

Dear Readers,

After having had a very busy week, today was my lounge day in SL. Sort of... ok a little bit. I wanted to share this blog with you before the weekend is over :-)

In today's blog I choose to wear this cute city outfit. The dress is new and by Kanou, available at the Designer Circle for a discounted price of L$80. The dress comes in 5 sizes and 6 colors. I like how the texturing has been done on this dress and the alpha layers are perfectly done too. I love this dress and I'm sure a lot of people share that opinion.

The Slink Nail appliers that I'm wearing are by Zoz, called Natural Glitter Tips Polish. This is their newest release and comes in 12 different colors, fingernails and toenails available.

The boots that I'm wearing are by League called Lauren Wedge Boots. I've gotten these a couple of months back but keep on wearing them and felt that they matched nice with my outfit for today.

The skin that I'm wearing today is by Mirror's Enigma and was made for the Frost fair. It's probably still available on request but I can't guarantee that a 100%. Last but not least, I'm wearing Stars! Cassandra jewelry set again today because I couldn't resist not to.

#82 Stars! new release "Cassandra"

In today's blog I'm showcasing the newest release by Stars! Jewelry. Stars! has released the Cassandra set at her main store today. I've decided to combine her jewelry with an outfit by Morea Style in the picture above.

The Cassandra set contains ear rings, 2 bracelets and 2 necklaces, one you attach to your chest and one to your spine. All the beads on the necklace look different due to how the designer played with editing the textures on it which means the designer put a lot of time into creating this item.

Thank you for all the lovely responses for yesterdays blog. In today's blog I'm featuring yet another one of Zuri Rayna's antique pearl sets, this time the antique Ruby Pearl/Ruby Gold set.

I've decided to combine the antique pearl set with a gown from another great designer in SL, Mohna Lisa. I remember long time ago, on my first avatar, I purchased 2 of Mohna Lisa's gowns and send an IM immediately afterwards, how much I loved the clothes. In today's blog I'm showing you the finest jewelry combined with the finest clothing. I'm one that likes elegant and romantic themes and the designers that I'm using in my blog both own those words.

The dress that I'm wearing today is by Utopia, it's their new release called Alyse and comes in 11 different colors.

Then this piece of jewelry is what my blog is actually really about. This set is called "Antique Pearls". The necklace, earrings, bracelet and diadem are all by Zuri Rayna Jewelry. There really is no other way to describe this set than pure perfection. The stones come back in every separate piece and the amount of detail is truly amazing. 

In the picture above you see the pearls come back in every piece as well. This set is perfectly fine tuned to be purchased as a whole or you can buy pieces separate. This set comes in so many different flavors and options that I have decided to give you different pieces in all my upcoming blogs.

#77 FBD at Feeb's Special

Dear Readers,

FBD has released this fun outfit called Spiked leather jacket outfit black at Feeb's recently. The skirt and jacket are mesh items, in 5 sizes and fit like a glove. The alphas are done very well on this outfit so don't forget your undies, unless of course.... ok, better not go there.

This outfit normally costs L$299 in store but at Feeb's Rascals this month it will be on sale for L$149. The spiked blazer is what makes this outfit the most fun. The undershirt is very sexy and you would expect this to be a clothing layer but it's a part of the blazer. This outfit is a super deal at Feeb's but even at her main store location paying L$299 for a complete outfit is a great deal to me.

These shoes come with the outfit and a hud to change skin & nail color. I'm wearing a tan colored skin by Mirror's Enigma called Kami and luckily didn't have to use the hud but if you do, it's an easy one. The shoes are of really good quality and the fact that the spikes return on the shoes, makes the outfit complete.
