#74 Nights of Blue Satin

Dear Readers,

In today's blog I'm showing you this amazing gown by NSP Florals, Norena Soir. This dress is made for a killer first impression with it's skirt that's attached to the back, the tremendous amount of flowers on the gown and the shimmer effect of the fabric all over (which you can't see on pictures).

Also in today's blog I'm featuring a new cosmetics line released by Dulce Secrets especially for the cold winter months. She has made 10 different sets that I will show you with one of her Tierre skins when you scroll down a but further.

As you can see in the picture above, the skirt is endless and sways ever so softly when you move. The flowers attached to the dress are really gorgeous and realistic. In the picture below I'm showing you a close up from the back part of the skirt.

The NSP Florals Stardust gown in sapphire also comes in Ruby, Emerald and Amethyst. The dress is partially mesh and comes in 5 sizes, the flower headpiece is included.

In the picture above I'm giving you a close up of the flowers stole and the headpiece as well as the jewelry that I've chosen to wear for this occasion. The jewelry is made by Zuri Rayna and is called Norena Star Elite. This version of the Norena Star had endless amount of different options to choose from. I made the gems, pearls and baby breath all blue.

The Slink nails appliers that I've used for this occasion are by Adoness called Prince Edward.

#66 The Kollective has opened her doors

Dear Readers,

The Kollective has opened it's doors! What is the Kollective? Well...The Kollective is an original monthly shopping venue where designers and bloggers collaborate on an exclusive design within the theme and colors of the event. As you can see in the picture above, we have our "soft and romantic theme" running from December 29th until January 26th. The sales booth of Dulce Secrets is the first one on the left hand side.

I am very honored to be the blogger for Dulce Secrets for this event and to work with Anne Maertens. She is teaching me new things and it's fun to work with her. Thank you for the opportunity Anne :-)

In today's blog the skin and cosmetics are by Dulce Secrets and I have chosen to use a gown from Son!a as this gown perfectly matches the theme "soft and romantic".

The Designer of Dulce Secrets has chosen to do eye-shadow and lipstick for this event. And on the pictures below I will show you the colors she picked for this month's Kollective.

The eye-shadow has subtle lines under and above the eyes. Just enough to get noticed in gentle colors. In RL this would have the look of using an eye pencil and buffing the line out gently with a brush. The designer told me yesterday she loves working with colors and that shows so well in her work. 

Her lipsticks are subtle, just like her eye-shadow. The way the lipstick is drawn looks very natural on the lips. It's like wearing a thin layer of lipstick with just a touch of shimmer in it.

#46 Styles by Danielle Christmas Edition

Dear Readers,

For Styles by Danielle Christmas is getting closer. Dani Plasstiz has made this truly breath taking gown "Estelle" and the version that I'm wearing above is a special dedication to her + 2000 group members.

As you see in the picture shown above, Estelle is made of the finest lace with a mesh body that comes in 5 sizes and fits perfectly. The gown has 2 different alpha's. One that also hides the feet.

In the picture above and below I'm showing you the new release by Zuri Jewelry "Czarina". This amazing set comes in 23 different versions. For girls that love diamonds and I'm presuming that will be all of us girls... You might want to brace yourself because every different version of the Czarina is a wanna have. I'm wearing the Mocha Pearl for this particular blog. 

Styles by Danielle has released the "Estelle" gown in 8 different version and since we are in the Christmas mood, I am showing you the red version. The difference between the group gift version of "Estelle" and the other 8 versions are that it comes with gloves and sleeve attachments. Also the Poinsettia is different and has 5 different color options on it.

I'm combining the Estelle Lace Red with another one of Zuri Jewelry new releases of which I blogged in my previous blog actually. The Santa Baby Elite in the color Crimson. This pearl necklace with christmas leaf is also one you can't get enough of... ;-) Would it be considered weird if I would wear 3 or 4 necklaces and ear rings on top of each other just because I can't pick?

#38 Green, it's not just a color

Hello Boys & Girls,

Green is considered to be the color of healing in our Aura's. It's the color of most herbs, connects to our heart and lungs and so much more...

Greens are logical, sequential, orderly thinkers. They can rearrange information in a variety of patterns within their minds. Green are very productive, creative and highly skilled at strategic planning. they are some of the most powerful and intelligent people of all the Aura Colors. Greens maintain high standards in their business and personal relationships. They fear of failure in both and often become self-critical and demanding. Spiritually begins as an idea to Greens. If they can give the idea sufficient time to research, study and understand, then they will be able to assimilate it.

And to the curious readers out there.... I'm not one of the Greens. I'm an Indigo one.

#35 New Release Ayanna by Styles by Danielle

Hello Boys & Girls,

Today I am giving you the newest release from Styles by Danielle, the Ayanna gown. 

As I share my blogs, I want to share an emotion as well. Second Life for me is being creative, experimenting with new gadgets to make the best pictures for my blog. Also Second Life to me is being Store/Blogging Manager and RL friend to Dani Plassitz and her label Styles by Danielle. In my spare time I breed horses. I don't socialize that much in Second Life but....  along came someone special at a horse farm....

Her name is Liv. I've decided to name her in my blog because she is a new friend. A friend that I feel I already know for a long time. We see each other and we are wearing each others clothes saying " oh you bought that one too". It's amazing how typing and a digital world can create connections. I'm very happy I've met Liv, she's a very unique individual and I truly enjoy spending time with her.

#31 An Enchanted Fairytale... Snow white meets her alterego

 (this blog is a special for Enchantment fairy tales event, all fairy tale products in this blog are featured at Enchantment's event, please see my Flickr for all pictures taken for this blog)

Once upon a time.......

A lovely young woman that goes by the name of Snow White was living peacefully with her little companions, the dwarfs ... deep deep in the forest. She lived a life where friendship, respect, sharing and laughter were key. Yet.... how did she end up in a glass casket?

Peacefully asleep you would think... but nothing is less true. Everyone in this world has a polar opposite and Snow White has met hers. Dark as the night came her alterego to take over her life of friendship, respect, sharing and laughter. She casted a spell on Snow White where she fell asleep to never wake up. She dominated Snow Whites little dwarf friends and took all the gold the dwarf found deep in the forest from them.

She wasn't satisfied with the amount of gold the dwarfs gave her and took away the power of free will from the dwarfs with a magic spell. She now had full control over the dwarfs she thought.

The difference between day and night disappeared, all there was left was darkness. Snow Whites alter ego thought she had won. She forgot one essential thing. She never counted the dwarfs. Woozy saw her taking over while he was just about to come home from a hard day of work in the forest. He saw her evil plans and decided to hide, deep down in the forest. He searched for months to find the good witch and eventually found her. She made him a special potion that would release all spells that Snow Whites alter ego had cast on everyone. 

He had to wait until full moon to through the potion in Snow Whites casket. He tiptoed towards the casket after hiding out in the shrubs all night and sprinkled the potion over Snow White. She awoke..... 

Snow White was prettier as he had remembered. The full moon changed into the sun where it's rays were shining though all the thick leaves of the forest. The dwarfs awakened from their spell and Snow Whites alter ego vanished, as the rays of sunlight reached her, like a cloud of smoke.

They lived happily ever after............. The End
